Animation Production Coordinator

Here’s a brief description of my role in the animation production coordination team at Bidaya Media: As part of the animation production coordination team for the Mansour and Sara Show on Youtube, an educational 3D animation series for children aged2-6 in the Emirati dialect, I was responsible for overseeing the Layout section. My duties included creating timelines for each phase of production, assigning tasks to artists and animators, and tracking progress using tools like ShotGrid. I facilitated communication between departments, resolved production bottlenecks, and ensured that meetings were organized with clear follow-up on action points.
